THE GALLERY ART & DESIGN are pleased to inform you that the image «Fly me to The Moon» has been selected as a finalist entry: in <>“Colors of Life 2009” International Photo Contest.

Det betyr også at bildet snart skal ut og reise, for å delta på to utstillinger i Usa, og en i Italia.

Bildet var en av vinnerne i konkurransen «Nature`s Whispers, nature Shouts: Photographing the Natural World.

Juryen skriver bl.a:

We were really impressed by the depth and breadth of the entries to “Nature’s Whispers, Nature’s Shouts.” Trying to choose an exhibition of photographs from almost 600 entries was a daunting task, to say the least. The resulting exhibition, will offer viewers glimpses of a wide variety of responses to the natural world, from spectacular cloudscapes to macro views of flowers and insects. Moreover, it will present a broad spectrum of contemporary photographic approaches, from straight photographs to alternative process work, and from grand views to nature abstractions. Congratulations to everyone who submitted work—there are terrific photographs of the natural world being made by sensitive artists from all over the world.

Hehe, sensitiv kunstner, ikke akkurat slik jeg ville beskrevet meg selv, men morro lell;-)
